Sachsen V Slant

This cider was created from five varieties of Saxony’s most popular dessert apples. The apples were hand picked then milled with a maceration cuvee of 24 hours, before being pressed and fermented with an ale yeast. The cider was then coaxed to undergo a secondary malolactic fermentation. The result is a very smooth, light, and refreshing quaffing cider with hints of citrus.

This cider was created from five varieties of Saxony’s most popular desert apples. The apples were hand picked then milled with a maceration cuvee of 24 hours, before being pressed and fermented with an ale yeast. The cider was then coaxed to undergo a secondary malolactic fermentation. The result is a very smooth, light, and refreshing quaffing cider with hints of citrus. For a Canadian touch try Sachsen V Cyser which was bottle conditioned with Bio Canadian Maple Syrup.

Bottle conditioned, unfiltered, non-pasteurized.

Quitten Zeit

Quitten Time

Quitte is our second, uniquely German Cider. This is a tannin rich Cider with floral notes and a distinctive Quitten flavor and aroma. A cider, that is bold in character, with a full-bodied flavor, and deep in colour. It was created by the double fermentation of both 100 % organic apples and Quitten. It is dry, only slightly carbonated and clear. It is best served chilled or on ice.
