This cider was created from five varieties of Saxony’s most popular dessert apples. The apples were hand picked then milled with a maceration cuvee of 24 hours, before being pressed and fermented with an ale yeast. The cider was then coaxed to undergo a secondary malolactic fermentation. The result is a very smooth, light, and refreshing quaffing cider with hints of citrus.
